Request Deletion

Email hello@crobsly.com from the address on your Crobsly account with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Identity Verification

We may ask you to confirm account information before acting on a request. This helps prevent someone else from deleting or obtaining your data without authorization.

What Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of your account profile, practice attempts, writing submissions, speaking recordings, and consent preferences, subject to legal, security, and backup retention requirements.

Institution Accounts

If your access is provided by a school or institution, we may need to coordinate with the institution administrator before deleting records connected to a class or assignment.

Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days. We will explain if a request requires more time or if we must retain limited information for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes. Backup copies may age out on a separate restricted schedule.

Other Privacy Requests

You may use the same contact address to request access, correction, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or a portable copy where those rights apply.
