Agreement And Operator
These terms apply when you access or use Crobsly, a service operated by Crobstacle Ventures L.L.C-FZ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent, guardian, school, or institution must authorize your use where required by law. Crobsly is not directed to children under 13.
Your Account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The Service
Crobsly provides English proficiency practice tools for learners, schools, and institutions. Features may include timed tests, saved answers, writing submissions, speaking recordings, progress reports, and administrator or instructor review.
Practice Scores
Crobsly scores and feedback are practice estimates. They are not official exam results, admissions decisions, visa decisions, or guarantees of a future score.
Content And Conduct
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. Do not attempt to extract answer keys, bypass access controls, overload the service, or interfere with another user.
Your Submissions
You keep ownership of writing, recordings, and other material you submit. You give Crobsly a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and share that material with authorized reviewers only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Crobsly Content
Crobsly and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, test content, guides, software, and related materials. You may use them for personal or authorized educational practice, but may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit them without permission.
Exam Board Independence
Crobsly is independent and is not affiliated with IELTS, CELPIP, TOEFL, PTE, Cambridge English, or any examining body.
Availability And Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, policies, or availability. We work to keep Crobsly reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Suspension And Termination
We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms, threaten the service or other users, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using Crobsly and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers And Liability
Crobsly is provided for practice and educational support. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees about examination outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular admissions, immigration, employment, or institutional decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes To These Terms
We may revise these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
